Foreign DNS MX Record Settings for AmeriWeb Servers

Sometimes it makes sense to have email on one server and a web site on another. There is an easy way to do this using your MX records.

Site on another server, email on AmeriWeb:

Site on AmeriWeb server, email on a foreign server:
Change the MX record on our server to the one furnished by tech support for the other server company.

When you are in the process of switching I recommend you synchronize and have the same email addresses on both servers.
